We don't like automated systems any more than you do, so we don't use them. However, your business is important to us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once you and your client manager have connected to discuss your plans, they will have a good idea of what you're hoping to accomplish. They'll then begin discussing various aspects of your project with potential team members whose areas of expertise align with your goals. A tentative plan of action will be assembled, along with a quote, and presented for your approval. Once approved, your team members will begin executing the plan.

Upon your approval, your team will begin executing the agreed-upon plan. If your plan is multi-faceted or takes more than a week, you'll receive regular updates, so you won't have to worry about things moving along or going down a wrong path. Either way, when your deliverables are ready, on budget and on time, your client manager will meet with you again. They'll want to review everything with you and answer any questions you may have. As far as Major Wright is concerned, our job is not done until you are completely satisfied!
